I’m in London, UK trying to lead an exciting, yet stable and habit-based life with the love of my love Kate and our three children. This is what I spend my time doing:
- Being a supportive and present husband, father, friend, and son
- Trying to improve myself to be efficient at work and all other activities to have more free time to spend with my family
- Working at HSBC leading complex change transformation and corporate development programmes
- Working out to improve my strength and increase longevity
- Learning more about stoicism to live purposeful, conscious and fulfilled life
On a more global level, these are my priorities:
- Support my family
- Spend ample time building and maintaining deep relationships
- Have time to pursue learning projects and things that interest me
- Daily exercise
- Eat well
- Sleep 8 hours a night
- Delegate the things I don’t want to do/shouldn’t be doing
- Increase the proportion of my income that comes from my own products
I am open to considering new opportunities, as I highly value novelty, spontaneity, and growth.
